About Us

Grounded in integrity. Driven by possibility.

At Haim Developments, we are passionate about creating property projects that deliver lasting value for our partners, communities, and the people who call them home. Founded by Justin and Jess McPherson, we bring together vision, practical expertise, and a family-driven philosophy that property is about people, not just numbers. The name Haim, derived from the old Scottish word for “home - Hame,” reflects our values of trust, integrity, and legacy — guiding us to approach every project as a partnership and a journey.

With experience across feasibility, approvals, construction management, and sales, we manage the details to make the process seamless and rewarding, while remaining transparent, approachable, and accountable. For us, success means more than profitable outcomes — it’s about building projects we’re proud of, strengthening relationships, and creating spaces that make a lasting, positive impact.
